The Hailtrace integration allows you to enrich your lead journeys with real-time hail data to better assess roof damage likelihood. Follow this guide to connect your account, use the new journey blocks, and leverage Hailtrace data dynamically within your content.
🔐 Connecting Your Hailtrace Account in the Journeys Portal
- Click “Connect Account” in the integration settings.
- Retrieve your API key from the Hailtrace portal.
- Here are instructions on how to retrieve your API key from Hailtrace
- Paste the API key into the connection modal.
- Click “Authenticate”, then “Done” if the authentication is successful.
- Once authenticated:
- All options will be toggled on by default.
- You are now connected!
Pro Tip: You can pause the integration without disconnecting entirely. Just toggle the integration off at the top of the interface if you need to temporarily disable it.
🧩 Hailtrace Journey Blocks
Once your account is connected, you can access two new Hailtrace blocks inside any journey by navigating to the Blocks section on a step.
1. Hailtrace Damage Score Block
- Displays a hail damage score between 1 and 100.
- A higher score indicates a greater likelihood of roof damage.
- A lower score suggests minimal or no damage risk.
