Step 1: Add Tracking Scripts to your Journey.

  1. Log in to your portal, navigate to Web Leads, open the Journey you want to send tracking data into GA4, Google Ads or FB. Add your Pixel and/or Google Tag ID here.

*Note: If running multiple Journeys, you will need to do this for each Journey.

  1. Add your Pixel and or Google Tag ID here for tracking you would like to have for this Journey and hit Save.

Step 2: Name Journeys Steps as Tracking Events

Name the steps as the event name you want to pass through to GA4 or FB Tracking in Journeys

  1. Select the Step in the Journey
  2. Hit Edit Step
  3. Name the step for what you would like the event to pass through to your Google Ads/GA4/FB. The step name should match the name of the event that is configured in your analytics tool (GA4 uses snake_case naming convention and FB tracking uses Standard Events FB offers)

  1. Hit Save
  2. See custom events in your GA4/FB tracking!
