Part 1: Getting Tracking Set Up In Journeys
Step 1: Add Tracking Scripts to your Journey.
- Log in to your portal, navigate to Web Leads, and open the Journey you want to send tracking data into GA4, Google Ads, or FB. Add your Pixel and/or Google Tag ID here.

- Add your Pixel and or Google Tag ID here for tracking you want for this Journey and hit Publish.
- Google GA4 Tag can be found by Admin > Property Settings > Data Streams > (clicking property/stream) > Stream Details > Measurement ID (e.g. - G-alphanumeric string) - detailed instructions here
- FB/Meta tag can be found by Facebook Business Manager > All Tools > Facebook Event Manager > Pixels are to the top right of the graph (long string of numbers) below the by date filter

Step 2: Edit Journeys Steps as Tracking Events
Name the steps as the event name you want to pass through to GA4 or FB Tracking in Journeys
- Select the Step in the Journey
- Select breadcrumb (three dots), Rename step
- Name the step for what you would like the event to pass through to your Google Ads/GA4/FB. The step name should match the name of the event that is configured in your analytics tool (GA4 uses snake_case naming convention and FB tracking uses Standard Events FB offers)
