The first thing you need to do is figure out what type of journey you want to use. Each journey type has it’s advantages. You should start with the one you think will work best for you but you can always add more journeys and different styles later on.
<aside> ❗ Right now, you can only use one type of journey per page.
Example: You cannot have a popup and an embedded journey no the same page at the same time.

PopUps show up above the content on your web page. These are typically launched from some type of button like a call to action in the Hero section of your website or a sticky banner. These can be launched by any button on your website. This is great for organic traffic.
Chat shows up above the content on your web page. These are typically launched from a chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. It takes up less screen space than our standard popup. This can be an interesting experience for organic traffic that some homeowners prefer.
In-line allows you to put the journey directly into the content of your webpage. This shows up automatically when the user navigates to the page. This is most commonly used to make squeeze pages and attract attention for paid traffic.
