• Admin access to the Demand IQ Portal

A default Journey is required in order to activate any Journey on your website. Your default can be changed at any time in your company settings.

Set a Default Journey

1. Click Settings in the menu on the left.
2. Click the System Settings tab.
3. Select a Journey from the Set Active Flow dropdown.
4. Click Save.
