What You’ll Need

• Admin access to the Demand IQ Portal

Step 1: Create a New Step

1. Open the Journeys Builder
2. Click Add Step
3. A new Step in the Journey will appear at the bottom of all steps

Step 2: Edit Step Settings

1. Click the 3 Dots to edit a Step’s settings
2. Select a Step Type
   1. Regular - Default
   2. Disqualification - Allows you to disqualify users based on answers to questions in previous steps
3. Set a Transition Timer (Optional) to show the current Step for a set period of time and move the user forward automatically.
   1. Set your timer in milliseconds
   2. Ex: 5s timer = 5000
